Registration

You'll receive a unique code for your complimentary and discount registrations.

• Complimentary Registrations. Use the unique code provided when registering to receive your complimentary registrations.
• Discount Registrations are $895. This discount is only available to additional registrants from your organization. Use the code provided to share with employees within your organization to receive the discount.

Tabletop Exhibit — Business Opportunities Fair Reception

Sponsor are invited to exhibit during the Business Opportunities Fair Reception on Monday, October 1, from 5:15 – 7:30 pm.

Please indicate if you'll exhibit by Friday, August 17.

• You'll receive one 6' x 30" table, skirted, two chairs, and a sign displaying your company's logo.
• Setup will begin on Monday, October 1 at 2:00 pm.
• Tabletop numbers will be assigned September 4.
• Electricity & Internet. Electricity and other equipment is not provided by EdNET but can be ordered directly through the hotel. EdNET will be wireless, however if you require wired internet that is also available at an additional cost. Please make any arrangements directly with the hotel and please note they MUST receive your order 48 hours prior to the event.
• Packages should be shipped in order to arrive by Thursday, September 27. We suggest you use a carrier that can track your shipments. EdNET is not responsible for delivery or tracking of shipments. Click here for shipping label template or address your boxes to:

• Teardown will be at 7:30 pm immediately following the reception.
• Return package handling fees of your materials will not be paid for by EdNET. However, a representative of the hotel shipping department will be on hand to help you coordinate your return shipping.
  • Pick up will be at the tables by hotel staff at 7:30 pm.
  • We suggest you bring a shipping label with you or know your preferred carrier account number.
  • This form will be needed for the hotel shipping department to coordinate the return of your packages.
  • Any items left unattended after the reception without a completed return shipping form will be discarded.
  
  Please make note of these general tabletop guidelines:

• Exhibiting sponsors must have someone from their organization registered for EdNET 2012. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Items to be displayed or demonstrated must fit on the tabletop provided.
• Pop-ups, signage, or three-dimensional objects must fit within the backdrop of the 6' space provided.
• Any audio elements of your exhibit must be sufficiently quiet to avoid disturbing neighboring exhibits and the reception.
• Sponsors must insure their own exhibit/display materials.

Birds-of-a-Feather Roundtable

As part of your EdNET sponsorship your organization is invited to lead a Roundtable discussion during EdNET. Birds-of-a-Feather Roundtables are an excellent way to share your organization's insight and expertise with other members of the conference.

We invite you to propose topics for a roundtable that your organization would be willing to facilitate. If you plan to conduct a roundtable, provide the following details by Friday, August 17:

• Please include:
  • Topic title of your choice
  • A 100 - 250 word description
  • Contact information of the moderator from your organization
• These informal discussions generally center around an issue within the education market or a business issue common to many within the industry.
• Roundtable discussions are intended to be informal and collegial, offering professional insight into the marketplace. They should not take on a commercial slant.
• Attendance at each table is limited to 12. Early sign-up will begin via email to all registered attendees in early September. Sign-up sheets will also be posted on-site in the Attendee Networking Area.

As part of your EdNET Silver or Gold sponsorship your organization is invited to advertise in our weekly EdNET News Alert. Your ad may run in one issue between January and December of your sponsoring year. Please visit www.EdNETnews.com to view the current newsletter and see an example of a spotlight ad in the righthand sidebar.

• Supply a JPG of GIF image 160 pixels wide by no more than 350 pixels high (file size should not exceed 200k) and indicate the website link for your ad.
• Ads are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Artwork scheduled to appear is due no later than 4pm EDT on the Wednesday before.
